Key Responsibilities
  • Answer member, provider, and broker inquiries regarding product information, benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing
  • Provide first-level problem resolution and document client interactions according to departmental procedures
  • Maintain customer records and participate in ongoing education related to services and industry topics
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Less than one year of customer service experience
  • Preferred experience in a call center or with medical/insurance terminology
  • Successful completion of provided training
  • Demonstrated PC navigation and data entry skills
