Key Responsibilities
- Answer member, provider, and broker inquiries regarding product information, benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing
- Provide first-level problem resolution and document client interactions according to departmental procedures
- Maintain customer records and participate in ongoing education related to services and industry topics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than one year of customer service experience
- Preferred experience in a call center or with medical/insurance terminology
- Successful completion of provided training
- Demonstrated PC navigation and data entry skills
