Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Answer member questions related to enrollment, benefits, eligibility, billing, claims, and authorizations
- Document member concerns and resolutions accurately in the system

Required Qualifications

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center support, or administrative support
- Comfortable using Windows-based systems and standard office equipment
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a high-volume setting
