Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Customer Service Rep II, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone inquiries from providers and representatives
  • Educate customers on coverage, claim submission, and self-service tools
  • Establish and maintain rapport with contacts to present a favorable corporate image

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience with health insurance and/or Medicare/DME claims
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience with direct contact via telephone
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Coursework in coding and/or medical terminology is preferred
