Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Customer Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responses to inquiries from medical providers regarding Medicare Part A and B topics
  • Educate customers on coverage, claim submission, and self-service options
  • Maintain knowledge of processing systems and assist in meeting performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience in health insurance or Medicare
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
  • Solid knowledge of Medicare Part A and/or Part B program guidelines preferred
