Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare Customer Service Rep.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responses to inquiries from medical providers regarding Medicare Part A and B topics
- Educate customers on coverage, claim submission, and self-service options
- Maintain knowledge of processing systems and assist in meeting performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- 1 or more years of customer service experience in health insurance or Medicare
- Ability to function in a fast-paced call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Solid knowledge of Medicare Part A and/or Part B program guidelines preferred
