Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Data Lead Analyst, PBM Analytics and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Medicare data, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines and reporting requirements
• Manage large datasets related to Medicare Part D and monitor performance through trend tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data usage and lead process improvements

Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, health insurance, or a related industry
• Experience with Medicare Part D data, including PDE and MMR reporting
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and healthcare analytics
• Intermediate to expert knowledge in SQL, SAS, R, Python, or similar database languages
