Medicare Drug Consultant - Licensed

Job Summary

To support Medicare Prescription Drug Plans, the contract-based Medicare Drug Consultant - Licensed will manage inbound calls, provide quotes, and ensure excellent customer service, working fully remotely with a start date of August 24th and a contract duration until December 15th.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and appointments related to Medicare Part D Plans
• Support new business and conduct annual reviews for existing clients
• Provide quotes and maintain positive relationships with prospective members

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Active Accident/Health Insurance License in the state of residency
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred
• Ability to get appointed as a licensed sales agent by multiple insurance carriers
• Proficiency with sales systems
