Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Eligibility Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an expert in Medicare and Medicaid eligibility policies, providing guidance to teams and stakeholders
• Oversee the resolution of complex eligibility issues and advocate for participants in disputed cases
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance eligibility accuracy and maintain knowledge resources

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a relevant field; relevant experience may be substituted
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Medicare
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with governmental agencies
• Experience in a data-driven organization, utilizing reports to manage projects
• Leadership experience in settings involving seniors and interdisciplinary teams
