Medicare Enrollment Analyst

Job Summary

Conducting Medicare prescription drug reconsideration decisions, the full-time Late Enrollment Penalty Analyst will work remotely to write clear decisions, research appeal issues, and ensure compliance with CMS regulations and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Write non-medical prescription drug reconsideration or Late Enrollment Penalty decisions that are clear and well-supported
• Research and address all appeal issues while ensuring compliance with CMS regulations and Health Plan formulary rules
• Make independent decisions based on submitted evidence and relevant regulations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of general office experience, with relevant college education or technical training considered as a substitute
• Experience directly related to Part D Late Enrollment Penalty appeals is preferred
• Must have resided in the United States for a minimum of three years out of the last five years
