Job Summary
Coordinating program activities for Medicaid clients, the full-time remote Medicare Enrollment Program Coordinator will provide customer service to assist with the Medicare enrollment process, manage incoming calls, conduct outreach, and maintain client records in a proprietary database.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor assigned program activities, ensuring effective outreach and follow-up with clients
- Review and analyze program data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend procedural changes
- Provide technical assistance to agency personnel and ensure compliance with established policies and regulations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Two years of related experience in business administration, management, or public administration
- Ability to understand and explain relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Experience working with a diverse client population and maintaining confidentiality
- Proficiency in computer-based tools, including Microsoft Office and database environments
