Medicare Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize specialized enrollment software to call Medicare patients and encourage enrollment
• Explain the program, address patient inquiries, and document call outcomes thoroughly
• Communicate recurring issues and trends to management and perform other assigned duties

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, call center, or outbound phone roles
• Fluent in English with strong telephonic skills
• Personable, outgoing, and compassionate with a passion for healthcare
• Organized and autonomous, able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets; able to work 20 hours per week between 9:30am and 5:30pm EST
