Medicare Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist responsible for processing Medicare and Medicaid beneficiary enrollments and maintaining eligibility compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process enrollments and disenrollments in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Research and respond to internal and external customer inquiries
• Assist in tracking and oversight of CMS-related files and reports

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year of related experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage Guidelines and CMS transactions
• Proficient in MS Office with basic computer skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
