Job Summary

Guiding clients through the Medicare enrollment process, the full-time remote Medicare Enrollment Specialist will conduct consultations, explain coverage options, and recommend suitable plans based on client needs and eligibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone or video consultations to assist clients with the Medicare enrollment process
• Gather and review client information while documenting interactions accurately
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and coordinate with team members as needed

Required qualifications

• Strong client service skills with a professional and empathetic approach
• Ability to simplify complex information for clients with varying levels of Medicare knowledge
• Comfort with remote work tools, including video conferencing and CRM software
• Solid organizational skills to manage multiple client cases and documentation requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
