Job Summary
Guiding clients through the Medicare enrollment process, the full-time remote Medicare Enrollment Specialist will conduct consultations, explain coverage options, and recommend suitable plans based on client needs and eligibility.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct phone or video consultations to assist clients with the Medicare enrollment process
- Gather and review client information while documenting interactions accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and coordinate with team members as needed
Required qualifications
- Strong client service skills with a professional and empathetic approach
- Ability to simplify complex information for clients with varying levels of Medicare knowledge
- Comfort with remote work tools, including video conferencing and CRM software
- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple client cases and documentation requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
