Medicare Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support an innovative health plan, the full-time Medicare Enrollment Specialist will analyze and process enrollment forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Determine the accuracy and completeness of member enrollment forms and verify data entry
• Resolve enrollment issues to ensure a seamless member experience and maintain accurate enrollment records
• Communicate effectively with internal and external staff and manage coordination of benefits on member records

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience with medical or institutional data entry and customer service
• One year of experience in Medicare eligibility and enrollment processing
• Familiarity with medical insurance enrollment processes
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and perform tasks simultaneously
