Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Member Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and analyze the end-to-end member journey to identify pain points and unmet needs
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop solutions that enhance the member experience
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to address critical friction points and prioritize enhancements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience with KPI development and project management software
  • Knowledge of CMS regulatory processes and healthcare delivery
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, CRM, and call center platforms
  • Preferred certifications include CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt
