Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Member Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and analyze the comprehensive end-to-end member journey to identify pain points and unmet needs
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop solutions that enhance the member experience based on research insights
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to address critical friction points and execute enhancements to improve overall member satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience with KPI development, performance dashboards, and project management software
  • Knowledge of CMS regulatory processes, healthcare delivery, and data analysis
  • Preferred certifications include CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and digital communication tools is preferred
