Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare Member Experience Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and analyze the comprehensive end-to-end member journey to identify pain points and unmet needs
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop solutions that enhance the member experience based on research insights
- Partner with senior stakeholders to address critical friction points and execute enhancements to improve overall member satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience with KPI development, performance dashboards, and project management software
- Knowledge of CMS regulatory processes, healthcare delivery, and data analysis
- Preferred certifications include CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and digital communication tools is preferred
