Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound Medicare recipients to explore available plans and benefits
• Gather information and assess caller interest in Medicare plans
• Pre-qualify individuals and transfer qualified callers to licensed Medicare agents

Required Qualifications

• Previous survey experience preferred
• Must have a distraction-free, secure, and quiet workspace
• Knowledge of Windows applications and typing skills are essential
• Must pass a complete Felony and HIPAA background check
• Must provide photo identification and a valid utility bill for residency verification
