Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Fulfillment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret documentation to set up and configure benefit options and group structures
  • Conduct research to resolve customer issues and respond to inquiries regarding group and member status
  • Participate in cross-functional training and process improvement initiatives within Revenue Cycle
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's Degree in business or healthcare-related field preferred
  • 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or related field required
  • Experience with FACETS Software in benefit and/or group configuration/maintenance or claims preferred
