Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President & General Manager, Medicare.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies and oversee performance, profitability, and long-term value for the Medicare business unit
• Lead marketing orchestration and optimize customer acquisition across various channels
• Drive marketplace expansion through strategic partnerships and new service offerings

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in general management and/or marketing
• Experience managing large paid media budgets exceeding $100M
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing and ROI optimization
• Strong financial acumen and operating plan management skills
• Healthcare or Medicare experience is strongly preferred
