Medicare HEDIS Strategy Director

Job Summary

Leading enterprise initiatives to enhance HEDIS measures aligned with Medicare Star Ratings, the full-time remote Medicare HEDIS Strategy Director will manage the execution of quality priorities, coordinate cross-functional alignment, and analyze performance trends to drive operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Medicare HEDIS and Stars strategies by translating quality priorities into actionable workstreams
• Align multiple stakeholders, including Quality, Care Management, and IT, around enterprise priorities and accountability
• Analyze performance data to identify gaps and recommend improvements for Stars-aligned measures

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in HEDIS specifications, Medicare Star Ratings, and supplemental data
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional Medicare quality initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with a background in interpreting performance data
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
