Medicare Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage inquiries and sales for Medicare programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and place outbound follow-up calls to prospective members
• Conduct sales presentations over the phone and follow up on leads to achieve enrollment targets
• Remain knowledgeable about competitor health insurance plans and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum one year of call center experience required or Bachelor's Degree in place of experience
• Active, valid, and unrestricted State Life, Health & Disability license for states represented, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• For Medicare, ability to obtain the necessary license within 45 days of hire
