Job Summary

As a full-time Medicare Insurance Advisor working remotely, the candidate will assist users in comparing Medicare plans, enrolling confidently, and maximizing healthcare benefits while utilizing AI tools for research and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries regarding D-SNPs, Traditional Medicare, and Medicare Advantage plans, providing expert guidance primarily through in-app chat
• Conduct comprehensive comparisons of Medicare Advantage plans and educate users on eligibility and enrollment processes
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance app functionality based on user interactions and feedback

Required qualifications

• Strong interest in developing expertise in Medicare/Medicaid and a fast learner
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and communication tasks
• Able to handle complex user inquiries and multitask effectively
• Willing to obtain an active broker/agent health insurance license and complete relevant training
• Understanding of the challenges faced by low-income Americans and a commitment to providing compassionate assistance
