Job Summary

Motivated and customer-focused, the full-time remote Medicare Insurance Agent will drive member retention and new business growth by building relationships with existing Medicare members and enrolling new beneficiaries into health plans.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain contact with existing Medicare members to enhance satisfaction and conduct annual policy reviews
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of Medicare prospects through various outreach methods and conduct needs-based consultations
  • Adhere to compliance regulations and complete all necessary certifications and training programs
Required qualifications
  • Active Health and Life Insurance License (required)
  • AHIP certification and carrier certifications (or ability to obtain)
  • 1-3 years of experience in Medicare sales, insurance sales, or related customer service
  • Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools
