Medicare Insurance Biller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Biller with Medicare experience to work claims after submission to Medicare.

Key Responsibilities

• Work claims pending at Medicare, including those that are denied or incorrectly paid
• Review and address issues causing claims to be put on hold
• Handle correspondence and provide additional information to Medicare as needed for claims processing

Required Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Experience in a metrics-driven work environment is beneficial
• Ability to manage large workloads while meeting deadlines
• Experience in handling correspondence via mail and email
