Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Auditor (Medicare) to coordinate and complete audit reviews and mentor department staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits in accordance with professional auditing standards
• Review and assess audit work papers and reports, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Mentor and guide audit staff while coordinating workflow and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field
• 7 years of auditing or accounting experience, including 1 year in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of auditing principles, cost accounting standards, and GAAP
• Experience with Medicare audits is highly preferred
