Medicare Licensed Benefit Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Supplement & Ancillary Benefit Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales and conduct outbound follow-up on pipeline, book of business, and referrals
• Assist customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone while meeting monthly sales and performance goals
• Maintain compliance with CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2 years of Sales or contact center experience with Medicare Supplement products
• Proficiency in the underwritten process and qualifying beneficiaries
• Thorough understanding of State and Federal GI rights
• Current health license is required
• Participation in 2 AEPs with the company is preferred for internal candidates
