Job Summary

Medicare Licensed Benefit Advisor, a full-time position, provides consultative guidance to clients regarding Medicare Supplement and Ancillary Health Insurance options through inbound calls and proactive follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound sales calls and conduct proactive outbound follow-ups for clients and referrals
  • Meet or exceed sales performance goals while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
  • Participate in training and stay updated on products and processes in a multi-product environment
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of sales or contact center experience with Medicare Supplement products
  • Proficiency in the underwriting process and qualifying beneficiaries
  • Understanding of State and Federal Guaranteed Issue rights
  • Ability to obtain or currently possess an active health insurance license
  • Availability to work between 6 am and 6 pm PST, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
