Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Auditor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide auditing and tracking support to the Sales Leadership Team
  • Audit all member and agent interactions with call center staff and complete weekly call audits of external vendors
  • Create and present reports based on auditing trends and make recommendations for process improvements


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment required
  • Knowledge of customer service expectations related to quality and service required
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations required
  • Must obtain a Medicare producers license within 90 days of employment
