Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Auditor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide auditing and tracking support to the Sales Leadership Team
- Audit all member and agent interactions with call center staff and complete weekly call audits of external vendors
- Create and present reports based on auditing trends and make recommendations for process improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment required
- Knowledge of customer service expectations related to quality and service required
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations required
- Must obtain a Medicare producers license within 90 days of employment
