Medicare Market Executive

Job Summary

Driving growth and performance in the Medicare markets, the full-time remote Vice President, Medicare Market Executive will manage P&L, develop market-specific strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee P&L management for assigned markets, ensuring clinical, financial, and operational performance
• Develop and implement market-specific strategic operating plans with defined KPIs and governance processes
• Build collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in cross-functional initiatives
• More than 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or product development
• Proven track record of driving growth-enabling strategies and business development
• Experience in forging long-term strategic alliances that significantly increase revenue
