Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Market Growth - Provider (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute a strategic growth plan for a defined geographic region focused on net new business with Medicaid and Medicare health plans
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging senior health plan executives to understand their priorities and position the company's solutions effectively
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new health plan relationships through proactive outreach and market insights


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience, preferably with Medicaid managed care organizations or Medicare Advantage plans
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close complex deals with C-level executives
  • Familiarity with LTSS, HCBS, PERS, remote monitoring, and social determinants of health solutions is preferred
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems and comfortable in a metrics-driven environment
