Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Market Growth - Provider (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute a strategic growth plan for a defined geographic region focused on net new business with Medicaid and Medicare health plans
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging senior health plan executives to understand their priorities and position the company's solutions effectively
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new health plan relationships through proactive outreach and market insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience, preferably with Medicaid managed care organizations or Medicare Advantage plans
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close complex deals with C-level executives
- Familiarity with LTSS, HCBS, PERS, remote monitoring, and social determinants of health solutions is preferred
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems and comfortable in a metrics-driven environment
