Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, HCS Reclamation Operations (Medicare & Medicaid Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recovery efforts and monitor staff performance
• Collaborate with management and teams to meet departmental needs and production goals
• Support continual improvement of reclamation processes and assist in staff development

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• BA or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of revenue cycle or recovery experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a fast-paced production or call center environment
• Some college or training in medical terminology, billing, coding, or a Medical billing/Coding certificate
