Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
• Strong familiarity with technology and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Qualified candidates must be from the New England region (MA, CT, RI, NH, ME, VT)
