Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members by answering questions and guiding them through their medical and dental packages
  • Engage with members primarily through phone calls while dedicating time for learning and development
  • Provide support in a structured service center environment with a focus on excellent service


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
  • Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Qualified candidates must be from the New England region (MA, CT, RI, NH, ME, VT)
