Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medicare Member Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide members to answers regarding their medical and dental packages
• Manage incoming calls from members and dedicate time to learning and development
• Provide excellent customer service in a structured remote environment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
• Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
• Qualified candidates must reside in the New England region (MA, CT, RI, NH, ME, VT)
