Key Responsibilities
- Guide members to answers regarding their medical and dental packages
- Manage incoming calls from members and dedicate time to learning and development
- Provide excellent customer service in a structured remote environment
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
- Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
- Qualified candidates must reside in the New England region (MA, CT, RI, NH, ME, VT)
