Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
  • Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software
  • Experience in rapidly evolving, unscripted service-first environments is preferred
