Job Summary

- Guide members in understanding their medical and dental packages and address their inquiries
- Engage with members primarily through calls, dedicating time for learning and career development
- Provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, unscripted service center environment
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
- Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software
- Experience in rapidly evolving, unscripted service-first environments is preferred
