Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medicare Member Advocate I.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide members in understanding their medical and dental packages and address their inquiries
• Engage with members primarily through calls, dedicating time for learning and career development
• Provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, unscripted service center environment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
• Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software
• Experience in rapidly evolving, unscripted service-first environments is preferred
