Key responsibilities
  • Assist members by answering questions and resolving issues related to their Medicare plans
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development to enhance knowledge of the health insurance industry
  • Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a focus on member satisfaction and problem resolution
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
  • Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unscripted service environment
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
