Job Summary
Committed to providing exceptional service, the full-time Medicare Member Advocate will assist members with their medical and dental inquiries, guiding them through their healthcare options in a supportive remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist members by answering questions and resolving issues related to their Medicare plans
- Engage in ongoing learning and development to enhance knowledge of the health insurance industry
- Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a focus on member satisfaction and problem resolution
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
- Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unscripted service environment
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
