Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to Medicare members, the full-time remote Medicare Member Advocate will handle inbound calls, educate members on benefits, and resolve concerns while ensuring an outstanding service experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from Medicare members in a professional and courteous manner
  • Educate members on their medical and dental benefits and resolve their questions and concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training and maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare privacy standards
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience with frequent customer interaction
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems and technology
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
