Medicare Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Member Engagement Specialist (Inbound) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls from members, providers, and brokers, and make outbound calls as needed
• Deliver high-level customer service and help solve issues and deescalate conflicts
• Participate in member engagement work groups and provide personal assistance to new Medicare members

Required Qualifications:

• Medicare knowledge or understanding of health insurance
• Medical knowledge or background
• Experience in customer service, consumer advocacy, or healthcare systems
• Basic understanding of managed healthcare systems and Medicare
• High school diploma required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
