Medicare Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Providing essential operational and compliance support, the full-time Medicare Operations Specialist will assist Independent Sales Agents in a remote capacity by managing inquiries related to systems, compliance, and sales training, while also monitoring agent performance and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational, sales, and compliance support to Independent Sales Agents within the 1099 program
• Host sales training and upskilling sessions for agents, while delivering real-time support via chat and Microsoft Teams
• Monitor agent performance and identify opportunities for coaching and training to enhance sales effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Experience as a current or former eHealth Supervisor with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and CMS regulations
• Data-driven with experience using performance metrics
• Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships effectively
• Additional knowledge in insurance and sales experience is a plus
