Medicare Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Outreach Specialist to connect with Medicare beneficiaries and help them schedule appointments with licensed Medicare agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to educate beneficiaries about available Medicare benefits and schedule appointments
• Maintain high productivity and energy levels while engaging with beneficiaries over the phone
• Track daily tasks related to call follow-ups and appointment scheduling, attending team meetings as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service in a call center
• Bi-lingual in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other languages
• Proven ability to meet quotas in a telesales or call center role
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
