Medicare Part D Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager for the Medicare Part D Star Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage products within the Clinical Engagement Center (CEC) in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Define product strategy and ensure roadmap execution in collaboration with CEC leadership
• Evaluate and monitor program metrics, including turnaround times and patient satisfaction, while developing and maintaining product documentation

Required Qualifications

• College degree
• Experience with Medicare Part D Star Ratings is strongly preferred
• Preferred experience in a multi-disciplinary team and the PBM industry
• Knowledge of data privacy practices, healthcare industry practices, and HIPAA regulations is preferred
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
