Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Development Medicare.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee new product and program design, development, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor and analyze product performance, providing recommendations for enhancements
• Manage supplemental vendor RFIs and RFP processes to ensure accurate representation in contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or a related field required
• Master's Degree in Health or Business Administration or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of management experience in healthcare or managed care settings
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid benefit designs
• 3+ years of experience in leading and managing others
