Medicare Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Medicare, who will be responsible for the Project/Program roadmap across the Medicare line of business, working closely with teams to execute work, with a preference for local candidates able to come onsite two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop short-term and long-term Medicare line of business Strategy Roadmaps, including annual operation plans with expected outcomes and accountable parties
• Support the Product Lifecycle Management process to monitor performance across all markets and conduct competitive analysis research
• Work collaboratively across the enterprise to ensure clarity on partnerships with clear objectives, measures, and outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related professional experience, considering work, education, transferable skills, and military experience
• Aptitude for independent strategic thinking and the ability to execute best practices with an innovative mindset
• Proven strategic product development ability
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Preferred: Health plan experience or experience with Medicare products and one of the following certifications: CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PM/PO, ACPMA, or LeSS
