Medicare Product Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of credit union partners, the full-time Medicare Product Specialist will serve as the primary expert on Silvur's Medicare platform, focusing on product adoption, partner enablement, and relationship management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable training programs for credit union staff and stakeholders to enhance product utilization
• Manage ongoing relationships with 16+ credit union partners, addressing product inquiries and optimizing program performance
• Lead new partner onboarding processes, ensuring a structured and education-first approach to implementation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, or account management, ideally handling large portfolios
• Prior experience in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships
• Proven ability to create and deliver training programs for non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive program improvements
• Comfort with project management tools and collaborative platforms such as Asana, Google Suite, and Zoom
