Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and communicate new Medicare policies and regulations for implementation
- Facilitate operational integrity through auditing and monitoring compliance with CMS standards
- Coordinate and document submissions to CMS and assist in audit preparations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare industry experience
- Minimum of two years Medicare Advantage Health Plan experience
- Working knowledge of Medicare and CMS rules
- Knowledge of CMS's Health Plan Management System (HPMS) is desired
- Demonstrated success in a rapidly changing work environment
