Medicare Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Program Manager III to enhance Medicare Supplemental Benefit efficiency and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product development for multiple Medicare Supplemental Benefits
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance through improved operations
• Manage multiple benefit packages through the full product life cycle process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred
• Experience with bid filing strongly preferred
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
