Medicare Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Medicare Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence through policy creation, workflow streamlining, and internal control management
• Support operational coordination by tracking deliverables and managing task prioritization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure governance standards and facilitate program enhancements

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Operational Process Improvement experience
• Managed Care experience in a shared service or matrixed environment
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
• Familiarity with project/workflow management tools (JIRA preferred)
