Medicare Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting Molina's Medicare segment, the full-time remote Medicare Program Manager will oversee program management, governance frameworks, and internal process coordination while ensuring alignment with team priorities and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Track deliverables and manage task prioritization to ensure alignment with team priorities and timelines
• Support portfolio management and project management initiatives as directed by Medicare program leadership
• Communicate delivery expectations, status updates, and risks to Medicare Leadership and key stakeholders

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Operational Process Improvement experience
• Managed Care experience, preferably in a shared service, CoE or matrixed environment
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
• Strong presentation and communication skills
