Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Medicare Quality and Stars Improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes Medicare Stars strategy to improve Star ratings
- Oversees the performance of the Medicare Stars program, ensuring corporate and departmental goals are met
- Designs and leads cross-functional teams for continuous quality improvement efforts related to Medicare quality measures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing, health administration, or a related field required
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare quality improvement and leading quality improvement programs
- 5+ years of experience in a managed care setting
- 5+ years of experience with Medicare products, including Stars program experience
- 3+ years of prior supervisory or managerial experience
