Job Summary
Leading Medicare Stars quality improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Medicare Quality Improvement Program Manager will manage and execute programs aimed at enhancing Medicare Star ratings through collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective project management.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with corporate and health plan teams to develop and implement Medicare Stars quality improvement programs
- Manages and executes Medicare Star ratings programs, including monitoring key performance indicators and outcomes
- Serves as the subject matter expert on Medicare Stars, providing recommendations and facilitating process improvements across the organization
Required qualifications
- At least 6 years of Medicare Stars program and project management experience or equivalent education and experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare Star ratings and quality improvement programs
- Advanced knowledge of quality metrics and performance standards
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent project management experience in a cross-functional environment
