Medicare Quality Improvement Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading Medicare Stars quality improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Medicare Quality Improvement Program Manager will manage and execute programs aimed at improving Medicare Star ratings through collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective project management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with corporate and health plan teams to develop and implement Medicare Stars quality improvement programs
• Manages the planning and execution of Medicare Star ratings programs, including monitoring key performance indicators
• Serves as the subject matter expert, providing recommendations and performance assessments to health plan leadership for Medicare Stars improvement

Required qualifications

• At least 6 years of Medicare Stars program and project management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare Star ratings and quality improvement programs
• Experience with government-sponsored programs such as Medicaid and Medicare
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
